    Installation phase begins with assembly of main production equipment, laboratory setup, and completion of milling machinery installation.

  3. Commissioning

    3rd quarter of 2026

    Reactor startup and technology tuning, ensuring process stability and quality control before full production.

  4. Training & Development

    4th quarter of 2026

    Staff training underway at OZANT, refining operational expertise while finalizing process development.

  5. Operational Activity

    End of 2026

    Pilot plant fully operational, achieving stable production and preparing for capacity expansion in 2027.

  6. Production & EU Hub

    1st quarter of 2027

    Achieve stable 1000 tons/year production and launch permanent European warehouse with expanded R&D batch offerings.

  7. Expansion & Localization

    2nd quarter of 2027

    Start regular shipments to EU, USA, Middle East. Begin localization of final graphite processing in Hungary. Secure long-term contracts.
